SAN DIEGO, CA, United States, via ETELIGIS INC., 04/27/2015 – – TriTech Software Systems, a leading provider of public safety software, is one of the first public safety software providers to integrate their CAD software with Priority Dispatch’s LowCode software, which will be demonstrated at this year’s Navigator Conference in Las Vegas, April 29 – May 1, 2015. TriTech serves some of the largest and most advanced agencies in North America, many of which triage calls for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in addition to taking Law and Fire calls. The EMS industry is going through major changes that affect both call takers and responders. TriTech’s integration with Priority Dispatch’s LowCode increases the efficiency of available resources and ensures the most effective response to an emergency.
LowCode provides an automated clinical content product. It includes a series of symptom-specific, gender-specific, and age-specific trinary logic protocols, which are used by Emergency Communication Nurses (ECNs) in non-emergency situations. The ECNs use this information to interpret the symptoms of callers and direct them to an appropriate Recommended Care Level. Each protocol features a logically-structured questioning sequence, from high acuity to low acuity, thus ensuring that critical symptoms are identified early on in the process. Should any serious pathology be deemed possible, the appropriate protocol endpoints are transferred to LowCode’s embedded ProQA system, along with information obtained during the call, and the appropriate ProQA dispatch code is triggered in TriTech’s CAD solution.
– TriTech became Platinum certified on Priority Dispatch’s ProQA Paramount version in 2013.
– Regional Emergency Medical Services Authority (REMSA) based in Reno, NV, is now live on TriTech’s latest Inform CAD release and is using the LowCode integration in production with many other customers preparing to do the same.
– TriTech will be demonstrating both Paramount and LowCode at booth 301/400 at Navigator.
– LowCode’s functionality is based on symptoms, history, and evidence. It is built upon five principles:
Most calls transferred to the system are benign and self-limited
Focus on caller information and patient education
Continued education for nurses built throughout the system
Protocols support Standard of Care and Good Clinical Practice
LowCode is customizable with Recommended Care Levels and Points of Care
– TriTech is proud to be a Platinum sponsor at the 2015 Navigator Conference to show their support for all of the great work Priority Dispatch has done to provide call takers and responders with consistent and effective response plans.
– TriTech looks forward to engaging with their newest family members, their Tiburon customers, as they launch into the 2015 trade show season at Navigator.

“Priority Dispatch has been a valuable partner for TriTech for many years and we are excited to demonstrate our latest integration with LowCode at our booth at Navigator. A large percentage of our customers use Priority Dispatch so it’s important that our software is current with their latest versions and product offerings. We enjoy working with Priority Dispatch and believe LowCode is going to save the industry money because of a more efficient and effective response.”
Dr. Conrad Fivaz, Medical Director, Priority Solutions Inc.
“I am very excited to have the LowCode TriTech CAD interface completed. This interface will allow for the safe and seamless transfer of eligible low-acuity 9-1-1 calls to the Emergency Communication Nurse for further triage. Most recently the interface went live at Regional Emergency Medical Services Authority (REMSA) enabling them to have seamless communication between TriTech and LowCode.”
